The restaurant was good with a lovely view of the grounds, I tried excellent dishes. An electric kettle, a mini fridge bar, and air conditioner were available in the room. The location was good, a short way from old town. Truly enjoyed quick check-in and smooth check-out.
Nothing, all great.

I was amazed by the lush green surroundings of the resort as soon as I entered. The villas nestled in the botanical garden were a sight to behold. The hotel also had a small zoo, which my children absolutely loved. The hospitality of the staff was exceptional, making us feel like valued guests. Despite staying for only one night, I had the opportunity to witness a Sari demonstration and enjoy the complimentary activities offered by the hotel. The breakfast spread had a wide variety, although it lacked meat options, which I understand is common in Kerala.

The hotel was conveniently located near restaurants and shops, which was a huge plus. The staff was also friendly and welcoming upon our arrival. One of the key advantages was the variety of activities offered, including cooking demos and cultural performances.
Our stay was not entirely enjoyable due to the loud and ongoing construction work that disturbed our sleep. the room we were given was not as clean as we had expected, with some issues in the bathroom.

We had a luxurious stay at this venue. the exclusive amenities, such as the private facilities and garden area, fulfilled our needs for a relaxing vacation. the outdoor swimming pool was a highlight, offering a refreshingly cool dip on hot days. the restaurant provided a variety of delicious dishes, including special diet menus. the service was excellent, with professional and polite staff. the location advantages, close to nature and wildlife, added to the overall charm of the hotel.

The hospitality of the staff was remarkable. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. the food offered was deliciously prepared with fresh ingredients. the location was ideal and made getting around easy. We also enjoyed the various activities offered by the hotel, especially a session with the Chef. the private pool was an added advantage, it was so peaceful having our own space to relax.
The room we stayed in had a strong musty smell, which was not pleasant. the internet connection was also slow, making it difficult to stay connected with friends and family.

Nestled among the hills and greenery, it's easy to casually stroll and appreciate the tranquil surroundings. the location gives a sense of being close to nature while simultaneously enjoying the convenience of the town centre. For those interested, it provides easy access to the national park. Staff go above and beyond, catering to allergies, guiding guests for outdoor activities and offering unexpected extras. Rooms are clean, spacious and welcoming, especially the well-equipped bathroom. Wake up to a sumptuous breakfast feast with options for all tastes and preferences.
There is one aspect that could be improved, such as the size of the rooms, but this is barely noticeable as the hotel provides numerous facilities and room conveniences.

The hotel offered excellent breakfast with a variety of options. Cleanliness was maintained in all areas including the hotel facilities. The location was great as it was very close to all attractions and right in the town centre where I could shop for spices. The staff were really helpful and had great knowledge about nearby tourist spots.
